Shipping and Handling

Most orders are generally shipped within 2- 3 business days if all items are available. You will be notified if any items are on backorder and an expected shipping date. Orders are only processed during business hours. 

Lead-times and handling on custom products varies and we will contact you with an expected shipping date and further details. Cut length fabric orders and curtain hardware orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. 

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders. To place an international order please email us at orders@oliveaux.com.au

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit. 

Trade Accounts

While we make every effort to ensure that colours are displayed as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
