November has been quite cool for Spring - but more opportunity to still experience cooler weather cooking.
My favourite for cooler weather is roasted vegetables. The cooking adds warmth to the house (surprisingly still needed for this time of year) and the addition of fresh garlic, thyme or rosemary can add a wonderful aroma to the house and taste to vegetables.
This month's birth flower is the Chrysanthemum. Perceived as requiring some maintenance, the flowers make a lovely bouquet with a colour spectrum that can accentuate the colour styling of your living space.
There are a range of colour shades available making them quite adaptable to your the colours scheme of your living space.
November is also the time for Movember raising awareness of health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
